Michael Maddox, head chef and owner of Le Titi De Paris, will prepare delicious
canapes. Learn to make and sample five different canapes.

Art of the Rainforest with Gerardo Valerio Trigueros
Saturday, October 18, 1:00-2:30 pm
Join this internationally acclaimed artist as he uses his art to speak about
the endangered species from his native Costa Rica. Mr. Trigueros will demonstrate
his painting techniques and answer your questions about his award-winning style.
Registration begins Tuesday, September 2. This program is open to adult patrons
and students in grades 5 through 12.

Great Greeting Cards

Julia Link will show you how to make four different greeting cards using a variety of ink pad and rubber stamping techniques.

Antique Appraisals
Saturday, November 15, 1:30-3:30 pm
Join licensed appraiser Karl Gates as he evaluates your items. Each person may bring two items to be appraised. Please, no stamps, coins, or weapons. Adults 16 and older only.

Homebound Delivery
We are offering a new service to those who are homebound. If you
can't come to the library, we can bring the library to you. If you
are a Cary Area Library cardholder whose long-term or temporary
physical limitations prevent you from visiting the library, you are
eligible to use the library's homebound services. So if you are
disabled, a senior citizen, or a mom-to-be on bed rest, you may
qualify for this service. Call the Adult Services desk at 847.639.4210
ext. 227 for more information.
Photo Policy
The library reserves the right to photograph and videotape program participants. These photos and videos may be used in library publications and publicity, including local access cable. Notify library staff if you do not wish to be photographed.
